Trust & transparency

Editorial policy

Wellplain publishes practical educational content about eating patterns, gradual weight change, everyday wellbeing, programs, and consumer products.

Evidence standard

We prioritize public-health agencies, government guidance, peer-reviewed research, and established professional organizations. Product facts come from current labels, manufacturer terms, and independent certification databases. We separate established guidance from interpretation and uncertainty.

Health claims

We do not promise guaranteed weight loss, diagnose conditions, or present supplements as treatments. Articles identify important limitations and direct readers to qualified care when individualized advice is appropriate.

Product reviews and comparisons

Commercial relationships do not determine conclusions. Reviews explain evaluation criteria, tradeoffs, price dates, and material limitations. We do not claim first-hand testing unless that testing actually occurred.

Affiliate links

When a page can earn a commission, the disclosure appears near the recommendation or link—not only on a site-wide policy page. See the affiliate disclosure.

Updates and corrections

Substantive pages show an updated date. Time-sensitive prices, program features, and product availability are reviewed before major promotion. Material corrections are made promptly; wording may be clarified without a separate correction notice.

To report an error or request a correction, email 2162788@gmail.com.

Current stage

Wellplain is an early-stage independent publication. Articles currently identify Wellplain as the publishing organization. Named author biographies and qualified medical review will be added before publishing content that requires individualized clinical interpretation.
